"Tired of dealing with bad packaging"
My order from dagreencorner.com showed up in this flimsy box with hardly any padding, and everything inside was squashed and all over the place. I’m getting tired of having to deal with basic service issues like this, especially when you’re paying decent money. I expected the packaging to be a lot better

"Lost confidence in this site"
I wasn’t happy with my experience here. At first I was willing to give it a chance, but the more I used it, the less I trusted it. It just felt like a letdown overall and not really worth the time I put into it. I don’t see myself using it again.

I tried to return my order the whole thing has been way more frustrating than it needed to be. It took days just to hear back, and when they finally replied, the instructions weren’t very clear. I sent over everything they asked for, but I still had to keep following up about my refund. At a certain point, you just expect a company to be straightforward and treat customers fairly. It’s been too long, and I still don’t feel like it’s properly sorted. I wouldn’t order from them again.

This was way too pricey for me, and it didn’t feel worth it at all. I expected it to make things easier, but it just ended up feeling like extra work on top of paying too much

"Pickup was a little all over the place"
Not sure if they were short-staffed or what, but my order wasn’t ready when I got there and the staff seemed kind of unsure about where it was. I did end up getting everything, so it worked out, but the local pickup process definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

"The updates were confusing and not what I expected"
I kept waiting for clear updates, but everything felt messy and kind of all over the place. The wording made it sound like I’d be kept in the loop, but that really wasn’t the case. I ended up having to check in myself, which was frustrating and felt misleading.

"Order was wrong and support didn’t really help"
I ordered a few things from dagreencorner.com, the package was just not what I expected...

One item was wrong, another was missing, and even the sizes or labels didn’t match what I had on my order page. I kept checking like maybe I mixed something up, but no, it was clearly off.
I emailed support hoping it would get sorted, but it took a while and didn’t really solve much. Just frustrating because I paid for specific stuff and wanted that, not this whole back-and-forth...

"Checkout was "really" frustrating"
I tried placing an order on Da Green Corner, but the checkout process was a mess. My cart was updating "so" slowly, the payment page froze on me, and I ended up having to re-enter my info like three different times. It just didn’t feel smooth or reliable at all. I got too frustrated and gave up before finishing the order.

"Didn’t seem fresh"
I don’t know, I was just really disappointed with this order. The veggies tasted kind of stale, like they’d been sitting around for a while, and once I noticed that it pretty much ruined the whole thing for me. I was hoping it’d be fresh, but it just wasn’t, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Customer service felt a little off"
I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but the answer I got was super vague. It kind of felt like they were dodging the issue or just trying to get me off the conversation as fast as possible. I’m not saying they were rude or anything, but I definitely left feeling like they weren’t being very helpful.

"Got sorted, but I had to keep asking"
I had an issue with my order and it was a bit annoying at first. Getting a straight update wasn’t easy, and I was message them more than once before I really knew what was going on.
They did fixes it in the end though, and the item itself was totally fine when it arrived. So I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just not as smooth as I hoped

I was mainly looking for clear lab test results, and I kept getting stuck on the little things, like where the results were posted, what batch they matched, and whether the numbers were easy to verify. Maybe I missed a link somewhere, but I felt like I had to dig way too much. For me, if the testing info isn’t easy to check at a glance, I don’t feel comfortable buying.

"Not as discreet as promised"
I ordered because they made a big deal about discreet shipping, but the box showed up with way more info on it than you’d expect. My flatmate noticed right away, which was awkward. If you’re ordering for privacy, you’d probably be annoyed too. I definitely won’t be ordering again.

"I’m not totally comfortable trusting this site yet"
I spent a little time looking through dagreencorner.com the other night, kind of randomly while I was sitting on the couch with my laptop, and it just didn’t give me the most reassuring feeling. The site isn’t necessarily awful or anything, but some of the details felt thin, especially basic stuff like who’s actually running it or what you’re supposed to do if an order has a problem.
It could be a real business, and maybe I’m just being overly cautious because I’ve had a weird online shopping issue before, but I personally like websites that make things easy to check. Until there’s more clear information available, I’d be careful about placing an order or entering payment details there.
